(LocalSpanishNews.com) – Adele Verified Fan Presale has been pushed back to Dec. 8 according to Ticketmaster.

Users have been experiencing issues across multiple platforms and services due to technical problems with Amazon Web Services.

Tickets for Weekends with Adele in Las Vegas are in high demand and were scheduled to begin today for a select number of verified fan users, with many more on the waitlist.

Ticketmaster took to Twitter posting, “Due to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage impacting companies globally, all Adele Verified Fan Presales scheduled for today have been moved to tomorrow to ensure a better experience. Fans will receive an email with updated info on their new presale time.”

A message on AWS’s Service Health Dashboard says, “we are seeing impact to multiple AWS APIs in the US-EAST-1 Region. This issue is also affecting some of our monitoring and incident response tooling, which is delaying our ability to provide updates. We have identified root cause of the issue causing service API and console issues in the US-EAST-1 Region, and are starting to see some signs of recovery.”

There is no estimated time for a full recovery at this time according to AWS.
